Conditions

  • Prices vary according to the room type, type of board and availability of the rooms.
  • Meals not consumed will not be deducted from the indicated price.
  • Tourist tax is excluded: € 2 per person per day starting from the age of 14, for a maximum of 7 days
  • Rooms will be available from 12.30 PM of the arrival day to 10.00 AM of the departure day
  • Early departure: in case of early departure, in accordance with current legislation in force, it will be requested a payment equal up to 3 consecutive overnight stays.

Cancellation policy

  • In case of cancellation within 21 days before the date of arrival the client can request the refund of the paid deposit.
  • In case of cancellation between 20 and 8 days before the arrival date, the customer will be able to request a voucher to be reused within the 2024 summer season (to be agreed in advance with the management).
  • In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show the entire amount of the paid deposit will be withheld.
