Conditions

Prices vary according to the room type, type of board and availability of the rooms.
Meals not consumed will not be deducted from the indicated price.
Tourist tax is excluded: € 2 per person per day starting from the age of 14, for a maximum of 7 days
Rooms will be available from 12.30 of the arrival day to 10.00 am of the departure day
Early departure: in case of early departure, in accordance with current legislation in force, it will be requested a payment equal up to 3 consecutive overnight stays.

In case of cancellation within 21 days before the date of arrival the client can request the refund of the paid deposit.
In case of cancellation between 20 and 8 days before the arrival date, the customer will be able to request a voucher to be reused within the 2024 summer season (to be agreed in advance with the management).
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show the entire amount of the paid deposit will be withheld.
